A United States Patent and Trademark Office attorney will review the application for compliance with legal requirements.
A United States Patent and Trademark Office will publish your Trademark in the Gazette for 30 days and the attorney will be provided with a Trademark Registration Certificate which will be provided to you upon receipt.
